As a Cyber Security Intern at Refonte AI, you will work remotely within a flexible team structure, connecting with a global community of cybersecurity talent from Oceania, Asia, Europe, and the Americas. This role will offer you comprehensive exposure to core cybersecurity concepts, practical tools, and innovative techniques, all in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines for Static Application Security Testing (SAST), Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST), and Interactive Application Security Testing (IAST).
• Apply OWASP (Open Worldwide Application Security Project) methodologies in real-world projects.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, and gain expertise in securing systems and protecting infrastructure.
• Utilize hands-on techniques to understand and mitigate practical exploits.
• Execute threat modeling for web application architectures and perform risk assessments.
• Use open-source intelligence tools for passive reconnaissance, and conduct footprinting as part of ethical hacking processes.
• Master NMAP and NPING scanning techniques, scanning target networks beyond IDS and firewall detection.
• Understand web applications and servers, identify vulnerabilities, and implement defensive strategies.
