Job Description
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries with a personalized touch to ensure a positive experience.
Engage in active listening to thoroughly understand customer concerns, ensuring personalized and effective solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues, providing feedback to improve products and services.
Educate customers on product features and best practices to enhance their overall experience and promote product usage.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries across various channels, including email, chat, and social media.
Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, contributing to the overall success of the customer support department.
Document all customer interactions accurately to contribute to a knowledge base that enhances team performance.
Assist in training new team members, and sharing best practices to elevate overall service standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of a high school diploma, with preference for candidates holding an associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment such as retail or e-commerce.
Fluency in Hindi / English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable for a diverse client.
Problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and recommend appropriate solutions efficiently.
