Our client is a leading ecommerce company in the automotive parts industry, selling over 5 million parts annually across Europe and working with 30,000+ partners. As they continue their rapid growth, they are looking for several Customer Service Specialists to join their team in Dubai (Jumeirah Lake Towers).
Your Responsibilities:
Communicate professionally and effectively with suppliers and customers in English.
Handle and resolve customer inquiries related to orders, transportation, returns, and product issues, ensuring a smooth customer experience (mainly by email).
Optimize customer service processes to improve efficiency and quality.
Your Profile:
At least 2 years of experience in customer service, handling customer issues via ticketing systems.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Strong knowledge of transport planning, supply chain, and e-commerce customer service (after-sales support).
Bilingual in English (mandatory); proficiency in office tools.
Automotive industry knowledge would be a plus.
Salary: 7,000 – 9,000 AED/month (depending on profile)
