About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Intern to help manage and support our retail partners and advertisers. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, assisting clients, and optimizing campaigns, all while gaining valuable experience in the growing retail media industry.

What You’ll Do

• Support customer onboarding and help clients get the best out of GoWit’s platform
• Assist in campaign setup, performance tracking, and reporting
• Communicate with retailers and advertisers to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions
• Gather client feedback and work closely with internal teams to improve the platform
• Research industry trends and help identify best practices for retail media growth

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Passion for advertising technology, customer success, and digital media
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work at least 3 full days a week
• Interest in retail media, ad tech, and customer experience
