Tabchilli is Dubai’s hottest fermentation startup – crafting probiotic-rich hot sauces, kimchi, sauerkraut, and gut-loving foods. We’re growing fast and need someone obsessed with customer experience to keep our community thriving.
What You’ll Do:
Be the go-to person for all customer queries on WhatsApp, email, and socials
Track orders, solve issues, and make sure our customers feel like VIPs
Collect and report customer feedback to improve products & operations
Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers and subscribers
Help reduce churn, increase customer lifetime value, and support retention campaigns
Work closely with the founder and ops team to elevate the entire customer journey
What We’re Looking For:
You care deeply about people and creating memorable service
Experience in customer support or success, ideally in D2C or food/health
Excellent communicator in English and Arabic
Organized, proactive, and obsessed with getting things done
Familiar with tools like Shopify, WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Google Sheets
Love food, gut health, or fermentation
Have experience with CRM tools or retention platforms
Can write warm, human responses that reflect Tabchilli’s bold voice
