Job description

About the Role:

The Customer Success Manager plays a key role in ensuring the smooth implementation of cloud-based solutions. This role involves project coordination, change management, and technology adoption support, acting as a bridge between technical teams and clients. The individual will assist in project planning, track progress, and ensure effective stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires occasional travel to Qatar and Saudi Arabia.


Role Summary


Key Responsibilities


  1. Project Coordination & Execution
  2. Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project deliverables
  3. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure timely completion of tasks
  4. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, training materials, and presentations
  5. Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings and managing project budgets
  6. Change Management & Technology Adoption
  7. Develop and execute change management plans to drive user adoption of cloud-based technologies
  8. Conduct research on best practices and emerging trends in technology adoption
  9. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to new digital workplace solutions
  10. Stakeholder & Client Engagement
  11. Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, and partners
  12. Ensure all stakeholders are aligned with project goals and deliverables
  13. Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and guiding them through the adoption process

Requirements


Experience:


  1. 5+ years in project management, change management, or technology adoption

Education:


  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Certifications (Preferred):


  1. PMP (Project Management Professional)
  2. Change Management Certification

Technical & Soft Skills:


  1. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or Asana)
  2. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  5. Arabic language proficiency is a plus
