Company Overview:

Our client is a global leader in providing advanced financial software solutions for the airline industry, helping airlines optimize fuel consumption, streamline costs, and enhance operational efficiency.

Job Summary:

Our client is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join their team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships in the middle east with all Arabic speaking large customers, ensuring successful adoption of our software, and driving customer satisfaction. You will work closely with their key customers to understand their needs and ensure they are maximising the value of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for airline clients, ensuring they are successfully using company's solutions.
  • Manage implementation in the middle east region with key clients, duration for which could range from 8 months - 12 months per client.
  • Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to clients to ensure successful software implementation.
  • Work with the product and technical teams to resolve any client issues.
  • Identify opportunities for clients to expand their use of the systems / products and solutions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably within the airline or software industry.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with SaaS solutions is a plus.
