The role involves aligning resources as per client requirements in the UAE and KSA, building strong client relationships, and driving long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding
Act as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding phase.
Develop and execute customized onboarding plans tailored to client requirements.
Ensure seamless integration of services, tools, and processes.
Train clients on product/service usage, ensuring early adoption and satisfaction.
Monitor client progress post-onboarding to ensure operational stability.
Address and resolve client issues promptly, minimizing downtime or disruptions.
Regularly review client feedback to refine processes and service delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical or operational challenges.
Growth Enablement
Identify and propose opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services/products.
Work closely with the sales and account management teams to achieve revenue targets.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for client growth strategies.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in client interactions.
Resource Management
Analyze client requirements and allocate appropriate resources in UAE and KSA.
Optimize resource utilization while maintaining service quality.
Ensure the timely recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members.
Reporting and KPIs
Track and report on client satisfaction, retention, and revenue metrics.
Provide regular updates to senior management on the client journey performance.
