The Customer Success & Inventory Manager - CSIM / Enterprise Partner Support is responsible for managing institutional client relationships while ensuring the accuracy and optimization of real estate inventory. This role bridges customer success, inventory management, and operational efficiency, ensuring that clients maximize their engagement with Keyper’s platform while maintaining an up-to-date, high-performing property database.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and customer-focused, ensuring both client satisfaction and real estate asset utilization are maximized.

It is a pivotal role focused on driving the success and growth of Keyper’s institutional accounts and strategic partners. This hybrid position blends customer support, account management, partner support, and conversion/sales operations to ensure data integrity, promote platform adoption, and unlock commercial opportunities. As the primary point of contact for both enterprise clients and partners, you will ensure they receive exceptional support, are well-versed in our digital payment management solutions, and are positioned for conversion into fully managed accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Success & Client Engagement

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for institutional clients and partners, ensuring strong relationships and ongoing support.
  2. Provide training and guidance on Keyper’s digital payment and property management solutions to drive platform adoption.
  3. Address client inquiries, resolve issues proactively, and ensure smooth onboarding and engagement.
  4. Identify opportunities to transition onboarded properties into fully managed accounts to maximize revenue.
  5. Maintain an accurate, up-to-date property database, tracking availability, occupancy, and status changes.
  6. Ensure data integrity across real estate listings, updating pricing, availability, and property conditions in real time.
  7. Collaborate with leasing and sales teams to align property inventory with market demand and client needs.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  1. Monitor and report key metrics, including occupancy rates, rental yield, and inventory turnover to optimize performance.
  2. Generate detailed insights for leadership and sales teams on portfolio trends, property availability, and revenue impact.
  3. Identify underutilized properties and recommend corrective strategies to improve utilization.
  4. Serve as the key liaison between institutional partners, real estate owners, and Keyper’s internal teams.
  5. Coordinate with property management teams and vendors to ensure properties are well-maintained and ready for leasing.
  6. Support partner onboarding by providing necessary training, resources, and engagement updates.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  1. Work closely with Finance, Payments, Product, Operations, and Commercial teams to drive institutional inventory optimization and improve customer experience.
  2. Contribute insights to the product team on client needs and platform enhancements.
  3. Develop a knowledge base and best practices framework to streamline inventory and customer success processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  2. Certifications in Customer Success, Account Management, or Real Estate Inventory Management are a plus.

Experience & Technical Skills:

  1. 3-5 years of experience in customer success, real estate inventory management, or operations.
  2. Strong understanding of real estate CRM systems, digital payment solutions, and property management platforms is a plus.
  3. Experience in data management, reporting, and performance tracking.
  4. Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is a plus.
  5. Customer-focused with exceptional relationship management and problem-solving skills.
  6. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to optimize inventory performance.
  7. Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  9. Proficient in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
