Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Supervisor at Junior Couture in Dubai. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the customer service team, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues, and improving customer support processes on a daily basis.

  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
  5. Experience in a similar role or customer service environment

  7. Knowledge of e-commerce and fashion industry trends is a plus
  8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
