Responsibilities:


  1. Develop relationships to partner with Customers from the time the quote is won up through the time the PO is placed with HLS and engage in proactive communication in order to eliminate bottlenecks in the pre-order stage.
  2. Streamline the pre-order stage to address delay issues including but not limited to obsolete items, incorrect prices, and customer acceptance of partials, in order to reduce the overall cycle time in the order entry process.
  3. Analyze data from Salesforce.com to identify confirmed quotations within the short term forecast with the goal of coordinating with the Supply Planner the inventory scheduling requirements to meet.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Degree standard education preferably in Business Studies with some international focus.
  2. Minimum 5 years experience within a sales order processing/customer service environment preferably with an international company bringing products into the region.
  3. Experience of logistics, export/import documentation, and LC’s desired as well as proven management and supervision skills.
  4. High competence in standard MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  5. Competent use of e-mail and the Internet.
  6. Green Belt Six Sigma certified.
  7. Experience of Oracle preferred.
  8. Fluent English language skills, Arabic is an advantage.
