Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer complaints and questions, follow up on solutions, and improve customer satisfaction.
2. Test payment connections and report any issues with callbacks.
3. Report WG order abnormalities to the operations or WG technical group.
4. Manage abnormal orders issued by the finance department daily.
5. Chase overdue orders.
6. Manually increase points for customers.
7. Change player passwords as needed.
8. Respond to customer service inquiries via live chat.
9. Check and replenish orders, ensuring all orders are processed and responding to customer inquiries.

Job Requirements:

1. Education: College degree or above; excellent candidates may be considered with lower qualifications.
2. Experience: Preferred experience in customer service, sales, or related fields.
3. Communication Skills: Proficient in Standard Mandarin with good language expression.
4. Service Awareness: Patient and responsible, with a strong customer-focused mindset.
5. Adaptability: Ability to handle pressure and unexpected problems effectively.
6. Office Skills: Proficient in computer use and familiar with office software and customer service systems.
7. Teamwork: Strong team spirit, obedient to management, and proactive.
8. Language Requirements: Fluent in Chinese and English.
