Customer Service Specialist

Mandatory Requirements:

Proficiency in SAP, Jira, Advanced MS Excel and MIS reporting; excellent English communication and administrative skills.

Other Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years’ experience.
• Experience working with Multi National Company preferred.
• Customer service experience within UAE desired.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing emails from banks and corporate clients, extracting relevant data, and creating tickets in Jira for operational purposes.
• Providing case updates to banks via email.
• Sending reports to banks on a daily basis.
• Serving as a liaison between the bank and analysts for escalations or queries.
• Updating and maintaining MIS daily and sharing case updates at the end of the day.
