Customer Service Specialist
We are working with an E-commerce company who are expanding their team in Dubai and seeking a Customer Service Specialist to help enhance the customer experience.
Job Responsibilities
Communicate professionally with both suppliers and customers.
Manage and resolve customer inquiries related to orders, transportation, returns, and product issues.
Ensure smooth operations by optimising customer service processes and improving efficiency.
Adapt to a dynamic and fast-growing company environment where priorities and processes are continuously evolving.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, handling customer inquiries through ticketing systems.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Strong knowledge of transport planning, supply chain processes, and order fulfilment.
Experience in after-sales support, preferably in e-commerce.
Fluency in English (bilingual candidates are a plus).
Proficiency in office tools and software.
Prior experience or knowledge of the automotive industry is a bonus.
