Customer Service Specialist

We are working with an E-commerce company who are expanding their team in Dubai and seeking a Customer Service Specialist to help enhance the customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate professionally with both suppliers and customers.
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries related to orders, transportation, returns, and product issues.
  • Ensure smooth operations by optimising customer service processes and improving efficiency.
  • Adapt to a dynamic and fast-growing company environment where priorities and processes are continuously evolving.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, handling customer inquiries through ticketing systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong knowledge of transport planning, supply chain processes, and order fulfilment.
  • Experience in after-sales support, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Fluency in English (bilingual candidates are a plus).
  • Proficiency in office tools and software.
  • Prior experience or knowledge of the automotive industry is a bonus.
