About Us:
At We Are Working Inc we assist injured individuals (or families of the deceased) in obtaining compensation for their losses. We help with two circumstances: civilians injured while working for U.S. defense related companies or anyone injured by certain terrorist related acts. Typical claims have values of $10,000 to $100,000 USD. Our services are entirely free for the injured party and we extend our support to individuals worldwide. We have a high success rate in securing benefits for our clients regardless of when the injury occurred. Both physical and mental injuries are eligible for our assistance.

About the role:
This is a remote full time or part time work-from-home position with flexible hours working for We Are Working Inc, a U.S. based global company (an Achieveit affiliated company). Compensation is up to $20/hr (base commissions).

As a customer service representative / lead facilitator at We Are Working, you would help us locate and support either of the following groups: 1) civilians that have been injured or the families of individuals killed while working for U.S. companies operating to support the U.S. military abroad; 2) anyone (civilian or military) that has been injured by certain terrorist acts.

Requirements

Responsibilities include:

1. Helping educate and engage with our clients affected by injuries or loss.
2. Guide our clients through the claims process.
3. Assist in locating eligible individuals and families for support with collecting compensation.

Person specification:

1. Civilian contractors from any country (U.S. citizenship not required)
2. Wounded Iraqi and Afghanistan veterans
3. Gold Star Families & Civilian contractors (even if already receiving benefits)

Examples of professions these individuals might be in:

1. Construction crew in U.S. Government-funded projects worldwide
2. Heavy Equipment Operators on U.S. military bases or ports
3. Drivers delivering supplies or fuel to U.S. Forces
4. Linguists or Translators supporting U.S. Forces globally
5. Security Personnel in U.S. Government projects or Department of State
6. Food Services Personnel in U.S. Military bases
