We have a high success rate in securing benefits for our clients regardless of when the injury occurred. Both physical and mental injuries are eligible for our assistance.

About the Role:

This is a remote full-time or part-time work-from-home position with flexible hours working for We Are Working Inc, a U.S.-based global company (an Achieveit affiliated company). Compensation is up to $20/hr (base plus commissions).

As a Customer Service Representative / Lead Facilitator at We Are Working, you would help us locate and support either of the following groups: 1) civilians that have been injured or the families of individuals killed while working for U.S. companies operating to support the U.S. military abroad (for example, Iraq, Afghanistan, Ukraine, Nepal, Philippines, or any country with a U.S. military base or U.S. contractors supporting the military); 2) anyone (civilian or military) that has been injured by certain terrorist acts.

Responsibilities include:

• Helping educate and engage with our clients affected by injuries or loss.
  
• Guiding our clients through the claims process.
  
• Assisting in locating eligible individuals and families for support with collecting compensation.
  

Person Specification:

• Civilian contractors from any country (U.S. citizenship not required)
  
• Wounded Iraqi and Afghanistan veterans
  
• Gold Star Families & Civilian contractors (even if already receiving benefits)
  

Examples of Professions:

• Construction crew in U.S. government-funded projects worldwide
  
• Heavy Equipment Operators on U.S. military bases or ports
