  • Order Processing: Handle and process customer orders accurately and promptly.
  • Customer Handling: Interact with customers to address their inquiries, complaints, and requests via chat support.
  • Customer Assistance: Provide proactive and efficient support to customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues via chat in a timely manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Conduct follow-up communications with customers to verify satisfaction and gather feedback for service improvement.
  • Foster a friendly and professional tone in all customer interactions, building rapport and trust with clients.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Patience: Ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with customer issues.
  • Passion to Help: Demonstrated passion for helping customers and providing excellent service.
  • Chat Etiquette: Excellent chat communication skills, with an understanding of polite and efficient responses.
  • Fast Typing: Ability to type quickly and accurately to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
