Customer Service Representative (Temp role)

Our client, a leading FMCG distribution company, is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a three-month temporary role based in Dubai.

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists.

Responsibilities

  1. Ensure consistent and excellent levels of customer service by accurately entering all customer orders into the system and processing shipments from correct locations and invoicing.
  2. Follow up with the Credit Controller and the Sales team when customer orders are placed on hold.
  3. Process all stock transfers from the distribution centre to shops and provide stock information to Customers and the Sales Team upon request.
  4. Process all stock-related credit notes and periodically advise the Sales Team and Customers regarding the Credit.

Qualifications

  1. At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
  2. Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.

The work schedule consists of 5 days a week, with the weekly day off potentially falling on any day of the week.
