Customer Service Representative / Renewals Executive

The Renewal Executive will negotiate and close lease renewals with current residents in the assigned market. They should provide superior customer service to all aspects of renewal.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Negotiate lease renewals within guidelines set by management in order to achieve lease renewal goals.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in document preparation.
• Minimum two years of proven UAE customer service or similar experience.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduation Degree
• Minimum 2 years of UAE inside sales/customer service experience.
