Salary - 4000 AED

Location - Dubai

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, identifying their needs and preferences.
• Recommend floral arrangements and process sales transactions.
• Handle payments, maintain sales records, and close out the cash register.
• Inform customers about flower care and schedule deliveries.
• Manage customer interactions, complaints, and follow-ups.
• Process online orders, update delivery plans, and coordinate with teams.
• Maintain customer records in ZOHO CRM and support via WhatsApp.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in customer service.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and e-commerce platforms.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.
