Customer service representative

Job Description

1. Direct the cases which do not meet foundation requirements to the relevant community agencies
2. Assess cases which are of higher priority and consequently prepare an agenda to handle their needs
3. Respond to all incoming calls on the hotline both during office hours and during the designated out of office hours
4. Provide necessary information and clarification to all inquiries throughout the interaction with the case
5. Transfer calls to the relevant community agencies

Qualifications

1. High school certificate
2. Prior experience in working in hotlines or call centers
3. Previous experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams and cultures

About Dubai Foundation for Women and Children

The Dubai Foundation for Women and Children is the first authorized non-profit shelter and humanitarian care in the United Arab Emirates to care for women and children who are victims of domestic violence, child abuse, and victims of human trafficking.
