Job description

Identifying and assessing a customer's needs.

Keeping detailed records of customer interactions.

Following your company's communication procedures and policies.

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Duties will be sales of Etisalat Products like Postpaid, Prepaid, Handsets, Elife, Accessories and other services.

Complaints, requests, and inquiries handling.

Requirements

Education: Graduate

Location: Anywhere in UAE

Age: Below 30 years

Fresher or Experienced working with customer support.

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Comfortable using computers.

Flexible for any shifts.

Language: Preferable Arabic speaking
