Responsibilities And Duties

  • Act as the 1st Point Of Contact for all customers across all locations and Navy Afloat vessels.
  • Provide excellent service and support with full knowledge of catalog details, scheduling requirements, ordering details, and WMS system.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a positive experience in every interaction.
  • Assist with the Logistics sub-department by liaising with carriers and SDDC for container bookings for P2P movements from UAE.
  • Liaise with internal departments to identify container requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years industry experience in a role within Logistics and Customer Service.
  • Familiarity with Military customer service and logistics.
  • Ability to work in a team environment / cross-functional.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
