Job description

Hi, we are looking for Customer Support Associates for Dubai Location.

Immediate joiners preferred.

  1. Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.

Generate sales leads:

  1. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication:

  1. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas:

  1. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents:

  1. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Compulsory company accommodation + food + transportation. We will provide you Visa as well.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: AED 1,000 - AED 2,200.00 per month

Education:

  1. High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  1. Total work: 1 year (Preferred)

Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  1. English (Required)

Hindi, English (Preferred)
