Urgent Hiring for Customer Service Representative

Are you a seasoned Customer Service Representative with 2 to 4 years of experience in the Optical Industry? We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team in Dubai!

Our customer service representatives are the ambassadors of our product. As the first person to communicate with customers, our representatives must establish friendly relationships and troubleshoot complex difficulties. Ultimately, the customer service representative must manage customer expectations and facilitate workflow, serving as the cornerstone of the company’s success.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Enter email, phone and physical orders in OW system
  2. Handle high volume of frames and lens for calculation
  3. Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  4. Analyze different design and type of lenses
  5. Enter orders and analyze the correct corridor for progressive lenses
  6. Perform assessment of complaints and reply with solution
  7. Recommend potential lenses to customer
  8. Book frames, samples collection in Portal and make extra treatments
  9. Calculate high power order/inquiries, special thickness, base, diameter and CTO center thickness reduction
  10. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  11. Reply lens and frame queries from customer via email, phone or physical
  12. Check 24hrs tracker pending orders
  13. File incident report in Portal
  14. Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, and assess physical frames complaints
  15. Analyze return lenses and Issue credit note
  16. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  17. Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
  18. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  19. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information of lenses by using the right methods/tools
  20. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
  21. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  22. Go the extra mile to engage customers
  23. Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions
  24. Work with customer service supervisor to ensure proper customer service is being delivered

Job Type:

Full-time

Pay:

AED3,000 - AED3,500.00 per month
