Job Responsibilities

  1. Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions and provide accurate information.
  3. Assist customers with product selection and make recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
  4. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  5. Stay up to date on company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to customers.
  6. Meet or exceed set performance goals and metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the success of the customer service team.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Good communication and coordination skills.
  2. Meticulous, patient with a certain ability to work under pressure.
  3. Familiar with warehouse management system (WMS) and office software.
  4. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
  5. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  6. Communicating with customers through various channels.
  7. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  8. Addressing customers queries in person and determining their needs.
  9. Up to date knowledge of the company’s property portfolio, policy and procedures; so that you can answer questions.
