Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers ensuring their inquiries are addressed efficiently and their experiences exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email or chat.
  
• Provide accurate information about products services and company policies.
  
• Resolve customer complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  
• Process orders forms and applications accurately.
  
• Keep records of customer interactions transactions and feedback in the CRM system.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and improve service delivery.
  
• Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell products and services where applicable.
  
• Maintain a polite and professional demeanor during all customer interactions.
  
• Assist in preparing reports on customer service metrics and trends.
  
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company updates to offer the best solutions.
  

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor s degree is preferred.
  
• Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role.
  
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g. Arabic Hindi Tagalog) are a plus.
  
• Excellent problemsolving and multitasking abilities.
  
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
• A customerfocused mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
