Our client is looking for an Customer Service Representative to be based in Dubai. UAE.
In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries via telephone or email to provide problem resolution in accordance with the Organization's service standards. The Customer Service Representative will perform many of the same duties as the experienced level but will have more direct supervision and oversight. They will typically only receive and/or place telephone calls that are basic and routine as they gain experience with the company's products and services. Solve simple customer problems and analyze customer service needs for communication to service and technical departments. Frequently reports to the Customer Service Manager.
