Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and up-to-date information.
  3. Maintain customer accounts by updating contact information, tracking orders, and resolving billing discrepancies.
  4. Assist customers with product selection, providing recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
  5. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to address customer needs and provide a seamless customer experience.
  6. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
  7. Handle customer complaints and escalations, ensuring a satisfactory resolution for both the customer and the company.
  8. Document customer interactions and feedback, identifying patterns and trends to improve overall customer satisfaction.
  9. Provide feedback and suggestions to management on ways to improve customer service processes and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Previous experience in a customer service role in jewellery/retail industry, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  4. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  5. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  6. Knowledge of customer service software and CRM systems.
