Answer emails assisting with the opening of client accounts, amending existing accounts, maintaining client records, and liaising with appropriate departments
Impeccable telephone etiquette and management
Handle Backoffice queries
Support clients with technical and troubleshooting issues
Deal with complaints of a varying nature promptly and effectively
Provide support and troubleshooting on platforms
Liaise with all departments to resolve issues
Liaise with the compliance officer regarding complaints and approval of accounts
Provide all relevant information to clients regarding documents and materials for opening new accounts
Qualifications :
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Knowledge of any other languages is an advantage
Good command of communication skills required
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Proficient in MS Office applications and computer skills
Knowledge of Financial Markets will be considered an advantage
Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
