Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service by promptly and accurately responding to customer inquiries through walk-ins, emails, and phone calls. This role ensures a seamless and positive experience for every customer interaction.

Essential Functions:

1. Handle phone calls with appropriate greetings & assisting on Customer queries.
2. Obtain detailed information from customers regarding their queries and delivering correct instructions.
3. Consistently responds to customer inquiries and requests in a professional manner via emails or walk-in queries.
4. Maintains a positive and professional demeanor.
5. Other administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. This position is open to United Arab Emirates Nationals only.
2. Must be able to professionally speak, read and write English. Fluent in Arabic.
3. One year of customer service experience in relevant industry.
4. Excellent customer service attitude and skills.
5. Ability to provide detailed logistical instructions.
6. Professional phone manner.
7. Computer proficiency.
8. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
9. Strong attention to detail.
10. Must be able to handle conflicts.

Expected Salary range of 7,000 to 9,000 AED per month depending on experience.
