Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Providing introductory information to prospective and new customers
  2. Ensuring that consumers are satisfied with products or services by handling complaints and inquiries
  3. Following up with clients or customers by phone or email to check that they’re still satisfied with their purchases
  4. Letting patrons know about additional products or services that might benefit them
  5. Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
  6. Escalating queries and concerns, when necessary
  7. Troubleshooting common issues with products or services
  8. Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions to problems

Skills:

  1. Skilled professional with a decent understanding of solving customer problems to offer appropriate solutions.
  2. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  3. Proficient in answering phone calls with professional etiquette and a friendly tone.
  4. Commendable presentation skills to convey important points to the audience effectively.
  5. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  6. Fluent in operating the latest computer software and online tools.
