Job Description:

1. Coordinate day-to-day air freight operations, including import and export processes.
2. Manage all related documentation, customs clearance, and compliance with international trade practices.
3. Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
4. Provide excellent customer service and address any client issues or concerns promptly.
5. Work closely with other departments (sales, pricing & marketing) to ensure smooth logistics processes.
6. Prepare quotations and pricing for air freight services.
7. Ensure timely and accurate data entry in relevant systems and software.
8. Problem-solve logistical challenges while adhering to customs regulations and company policies.
9. Work under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver on client expectations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Strong communication and customer service skills.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE in air freight, import, and export operations.
3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
4. Knowledge of customs regulations, international trade practices, and freight operations.
5. Proficiency in Calogi Portal is a plus.
6. Experience in preparing quotations and pricing for freight services.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
