We are hiring for the position of Customer Services Executive.

Contract: 06 Months on a renewable basis.

(Note: This is a contract position for a period of 6 months on renewable basis)

Job Description

• Meet & greet the customer who visits the consulate.
• Assist customers when token numbers are called and direct the customer accordingly.
• Print required documents (as and when required by the client) and scan the barcodes of the tokens.
• Any administrative tasks assigned by the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) and the Consulate.

Minimum Requirement

• Educational Qualification to a Level of Higher Secondary/High School (passed)
• Language Proficiency should be in English and Farsi/Persian mandatory.
• Working Hours: 9 hours a day including 1 hour lunch break, 5 days a week
• Job Type: Contract (6 months)

Pay: AED 4000 - 4,300.00 per month maximum
