Role: Customer Service Officer


Location: Dubai


Role Purpose:

Deliver excellent customer service in accordance with agreed standards.


Key Accountabilities of the role:

  1. Responsible to close customer complaints and ensure that customer is satisfied with the service provided.
  2. Ensure TAT is adhered to and where possible exceed customer expectations.
  3. Ensure customer is constantly informed on status of his/her query.
  4. Co-ordinate and liaise with other departments in a professional manner.
  5. Deliver right levels of service skills support & coach other colleagues.
  6. Participate in regular review and development meeting with key stakeholders.
  7. Ensure compliance with bank policies.
  8. Positive customer feedback.
  9. Ensure customer queries are resolved with agreed TAT.
  10. Deliver professionalism when dealing with customers and other departments.

Specialist skills / technical knowledge required for this role:

  1. Customer service skills to resolve customer complaints.
  2. Display flexibility in dealing with clients and other team members.
  3. Good problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent communication skills.
  5. Excellent decision-making skills.

Previous experience required (if any):

  1. Previous banking experience in similar role.
  2. Knowledge of regulated financial services and banking industries.
  3. Detailed understanding of asset product.
  4. In depth understanding of the internal process, procedures and internal systems.
