Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Officer (Chinese Speaker)

Duties include:

1. Facilitating online application of new members and existing members.
2. Encoding the membership registration form in the ENP system.
3. Ensuring proper sales invoicing through ENP and manual cash bill.
4. Ensuring receivable payment by members through cash, check, credit cards, or automatic debits.
5. Submitting tallied daily sales report to the Finance department.
6. Answering customer questions/inquiries and providing information on promotions, procedures, and policies.
7. Ensuring accuracy in order fulfillments and tracking shipments to provide timely updates to customers.
8. Assisting customers in placing orders and processing returns or exchanges efficiently.
9. Facilitating communication between distributors and the company to ensure alignment on promotions and policies.
10. Participating in company training sessions to continually improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
11. Working closely with marketing management teams to support promotional activities and align customer service efforts with company goals.
12. Adapting customer service approaches to respect and reflect cultural differences in the overseas market.
13. Providing support in the bilingual language (English/Mandarin) where applicable, ensuring clear communication with customers.

Requirements:

1. Academic qualification: Diploma and above.
2. Experience is not required as training will be provided.
3. Bilingual in English & Mandarin with good communication skills.
4. Good service attitude, proactive, and eagerness to learn.
5. Able to work independently and in a team.
