You will be responsible for the smooth operational Customer Support and act as a consultant to customers in all matters of material and customer management.

Tasks

Your main tasks include, among others:

  1. Central contact person within customer service for all issues of daily operational business of high complexity and escalation.
  2. Manage the customer relationship at operational level and ensure its ongoing development.
  3. Processing and management of customer complaints; ensure feedback within LHT's Quality Management System.
  4. Prepare performance dialog with the customer and internal interfaces within LHT and lead it on the basis of the available reports and KPIs.
  5. Develop and implement customer-specific special processes.
  6. Ensure that customer information systems are well maintained and that operational customer service receives all necessary work information.
  7. Work in and with various IT systems, such as SAP, E-bat, MAX-LRU.
  8. Perform special tasks and projects.
Requirements

The ideal Customer Service Manager should meet the following requirements:

  1. University or technical college degree preferably with aviation background.
  2. Relevant experience in a customer relations / client servicing role, preferably in the aviation industry, material management, technical customer service or maintenance of aircraft.
  3. Experience of working in a multinational company.
  4. Knowledge of economic principles and contexts.
  5. Fluent in English.
  6. Very high service and customer orientation, sociable.
  7. Good computer skills (MS-Office, SAP R / 3).
  8. Ability to work within teams.
  9. Ability to guide employees.
  10. Creativity / innovative thinking.
  11. High degree of flexibility.
  12. Independent and systematic working within a rapidly changing environment.
  13. Responsibility and self-initiative.
  14. Willingness to work abroad.
  15. Openness for professional development.
  16. Ability to handle stress.
  17. Willing to travel.
  18. Must possess a legal work permit in United Arab Emirates.
