Job description

The Customer Service & Logistics Specialist will be responsible to ensure customer orders are fulfilled. The specialist will drive and execute the entire process from order entry, product delivery and invoicing, as well as the monitoring of the warehouse inventory levels.

The Specialist will support the setup of appropriate processes and procedures to support efficient order fulfillment; and will be supporting the setup of our ERP system.

The candidate must have good communication skills and working experience in the field of logistics, warehousing and customer service.

The role will be based in Dubai and the customer base will be mainly in the UAE and other GCC countries.

Desired Candidate Profile

This role requires a good customer-focused mindset and experience in (plastics) logistics. Candidates should have the following qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree, ideally in a relevant subject to the industry.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in customer service & logistics, preferably for plastic products.
  • Practical working experience in the UAE and other GCC countries.
  • Ability to communicate with customers in a professional way.
  • Team player.
  • Good English language skills (speaking and writing) are essential.
  • Entrepreneurial and agile mindset; ability to work in a fast-growing company where priorities could shift and ‘the way we do things’ still needs to be developed.
  • Passion for sustainability and making this planet a better place for future generations.
