Position Title: Customer Service & Logistics Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Customer PO order Entry via SAP
  2. Factory PO creation
  3. Margin Calculation and Margin approval
  4. Check every PO for compliance with Getinge standards
  5. Send order confirmation to customers
  6. Prepare and submit shipping documents to customers, including original documents via DHL if required
  7. Prepare LC documents
  8. Orders Invoicing
  9. Coordinate with forwarder for shipment
  10. Accurate backlog update
  11. Regular update of backlog/invoicing performance
  12. Monthly reporting and presentation of Individual KPI
  13. Answer customer requests (Price or HS Codes)
  14. Arrange Local Shipment
  15. Receive Local Shipment to storage area
  16. PO to factory as per configuration
  17. Regular update of Export declarations for UAE shipments
  18. Regular factory calls for planning of orders
  19. Regular customer calls for open issues
  20. Support Sales team
  21. Support Service team
  22. Manage RMA/Returns
  23. Handle FSCA/Returns/credit notes
  24. Follow up for the Bill & Hold
  25. Resolve IDOC issues in SAP
  26. Preparation of Proforma invoices/Quotations
  27. Follow up with factories for credit notes of return shipments
  28. Compute prices, discounts, fee for service and shipping charges
  29. Handle and resolve queries raised by customers, sales team, or finance team
  30. Send monthly Open Orders report to customers
