Job Description
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing.
- Engage and assist customers waiting inside the store with RxN.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve problems.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Strive to exceed customer service goals and targets while continuously enhancing skills through training and development.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service.
- Proven skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction.
- Strong abilities in Customer Experience management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Experience in the healthcare or retail industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
