Job Description

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing.
  • Engage and assist customers waiting inside the store with RxN.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve problems.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Strive to exceed customer service goals and targets while continuously enhancing skills through training and development.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service.
  • Proven skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction.
  • Strong abilities in Customer Experience management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Experience in the healthcare or retail industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
