Customer Service Executive (3-4 month Temp Assignment)

An opportunity has arisen for a client of mine for a Customer Service Executive on a 3-4 month temporary assignment.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer services management
2. Create and maintain entry process
3. Maintaining all participant updates on event entry system e.g. withdrawals, change of details, PIN management, late entries
4. Oversee Race number allocation and race pack fulfilment management
5. Volunteer and Team Leader recruitment, communication, registration and deployment
6. Volunteer/Team Leader final communications, timings, booklet
7. Breakfast, lunches and Volunteer welfare
8. Assisting Sponsorship/Marketing Executive
9. Extended office hours in busy periods
10. Relocation on site with the team at each event
11. Event hours are long and hard but rewarding and done as part of the team
12. Media awareness
13. Commercial awareness
14. Event experience
15. Experience in volunteer recruitment & management
16. Experience in customer service
17. Knowledge of Triathlon and/or Mass Participation Sport

Qualifications:

1. Time management and organizational skills
2. Excellent written communication
3. A keen eye for detail
4. Can use initiative and work well independently
5. IT skills (Microsoft packages)
6. Clean driving license
7. IT skills to back up the requirements above

Additional Information:

1. Arabic Speaker advantageous but not essential
2. Must be on a sponsored visa to apply
3. Assignment from Jan 2014- March 2014
4. No holidays must be taken during this assignment
5. Flexibility as although working hours will be 9am to 5pm you will be expected to work other hours for events etc
6. Monthly Salary depending on experience
