Job Description:

• Answering enquiries or complaints about services such as profile updates, points and/or any general queries.
• Using effectively the CRM systems to manage the functions of receiving, assessing, analysing, resolving and documenting customers issues and complaints in accordance with agreed requirements.
• Assist to make improvements and implement required changes.
• Immediately report problems/failures that may have an impact on the organization and/or its clients/customers.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years experience in a similar role from the Hospitality industry.
