Customer Service Executive

Job description:

1. Prepare and process WPS payroll, ensuring 100% accurate and on-time disbursement, in full compliance with relevant laws.
2. Maintain good employee relations on behalf of all assigned clients, starting with seamless employee onboarding (in liaison with the PRO for visa processing).
3. Obtain, maintain and manage employee documents and records, filed properly as per established SOPs.
4. Assist in all recruitment efforts in sourcing candidates, scheduling and coordinating for interviews, and supporting selection procedures.
5. Complete all assigned operational and special tasks as per management's expectations.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree holder minimum.
2. 1 year of UAE experience in a similar role.
3. Excellent English communication and writing skills. Prior experience in an HR consultancy is an added advantage.
