About the Company

Thrifty is the leading brand in the UAE's Car Rental and Leasing sector. As the largest fleet operator in the country supported by a distribution network of more than 50 locations, we are looking to hire Customer Service Executive to manage these locations.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking rental vehicles. Your primary role will be to assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs, explain rental policies, and ensure a seamless and enjoyable rental experience. You will also be responsible for maximizing sales opportunities and promoting our services to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Interact with customers to assess their rental needs and offer solutions, ensuring a personalized experience.
  2. Apply effective sales techniques to promote additional services, such as insurance, to maximize revenue potential.
  3. Efficiently process rental agreements and payment transactions, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  4. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  5. Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales goals and promote special offers, creating a competitive yet supportive atmosphere.
  6. Provide clear explanations of vehicle features and rental policies to ensure a seamless rental experience for customers.

About You

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

  1. Graduate in any field; at least 2-3 years of experience in a customer service/sales role.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Strong selling and customer service skills.
  4. Ability to handle customers in an efficient and professional manner.
  5. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment; capable of handling multiple customers and transactions at the same time.
  6. Computer proficient.
  7. Willingness to work in shift schedules and be compensated for extended hours, including weekends and holidays.
  8. Valid driver's license; familiarity with different vehicle types is advantageous.
