Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Deliver leasing administrative service in order to support the property management team.
  2. Ensure customer and tenant satisfaction is met.
  3. Assist the Property Management team in the renewal process and collection of payment.
  4. Update the system, prepare documentation for tenants, and manage scanning.
  5. Meet and greet all visitors to the office in a professional manner.
  6. Handle all incoming and outgoing emails in a timely and efficient manner, always maintaining confidentiality.
  7. Log information of tenant renewals, new lettings, and short-term leases onto the Tramps System.
  8. Escalate complaints when necessary.
  9. Prepare documentation for scanning into the archive folders.
  10. Arrange deliveries of tenancy contracts to buildings weekly.
  11. Assist in tenant communication and tenant services on a daily basis.
  12. Refine and develop admin processes in the office for more organized record keeping.
  13. Follow up on pending payments and documents.
  14. Coordinate with property managers on a day-to-day basis.
  15. Coordinate with the finance team for any financial disputes of tenants.
  16. Coordinate with the PRO to ensure that contracts are attested with the Sharjah Municipality.
