Job Responsibilities
- Deliver leasing administrative service in order to support the property management team.
- Ensure customer and tenant satisfaction is met.
- Assist the Property Management team in the renewal process and collection of payment.
- Update the system, prepare documentation for tenants, and manage scanning.
- Meet and greet all visitors to the office in a professional manner.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing emails in a timely and efficient manner, always maintaining confidentiality.
- Log information of tenant renewals, new lettings, and short-term leases onto the Tramps System.
- Escalate complaints when necessary.
- Prepare documentation for scanning into the archive folders.
- Arrange deliveries of tenancy contracts to buildings weekly.
- Assist in tenant communication and tenant services on a daily basis.
- Refine and develop admin processes in the office for more organized record keeping.
- Follow up on pending payments and documents.
- Coordinate with property managers on a day-to-day basis.
- Coordinate with the finance team for any financial disputes of tenants.
- Coordinate with the PRO to ensure that contracts are attested with the Sharjah Municipality.
