Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Staff for a growing Shipping Company in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide solutions to problems, and ensure an exceptional experience for every customer.
Responsibilities:
Manage inbound customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions
Offer troubleshooting support for products or services
Record customer interactions and maintain detailed records
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when needed
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company services
Assist in improving customer service processes and workflows
Requirements:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Previous 3-5 years customer service experience with AIR and SEA Shipments
