Job description
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track interactions, manage inquiries, and maintain accurate customer records for personalized service.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and provide tailored recommendations, enhancing customer satisfaction and promoting loyalty to the brand.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and technical support, to escalate issues and ensure efficient resolution of complex problems.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed responses and maintain credibility with customers.
  • Train and mentor new team members on customer service best practices and company standards, fostering a collaborative environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field to ensure a strong foundation in customer relations.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the industry to bring relevant insights and skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, showcasing the ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations efficiently.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in a second language preferred to cater to a diverse customer base.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate solutions clearly and build rapport with customers.
