Customer Service Engineer

We are currently looking for an experienced and talented Sales Coordinator for a reputed gas manufacturing company.

Work Location: Abu Dhabi

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for customer satisfaction, technical support, sales assistance, and administrative tasks while ensuring aircraft maintenance and support with strong customer service.
2. Manage projects, lead teams, ensure technical proficiency, and foster client relationships while demonstrating expertise in Building Services Codes and Standards.
3. Drive sales, provide technical expertise, and build customer relationships while achieving sales targets and maintaining pneumatic systems.
4. Provide expert troubleshooting and training for foam and gas systems, collaborating with engineering teams and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective support.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering preferred.
2. Experience in customer support, database management, inventory coordination, and service scheduling.
3. Fluency in Arabic and English.
