Job description

JOB PURPOSE:

The position of customer service coordinator is responsible for processing sales orders and ensuring orders are delivered to customers on time.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Create sales orders in the system.
  • Closely monitor pricing, payment, delivery terms in coordination with sales manager and line manager.
  • Generate and analyze inventory reports. Maintain customer pricelists
  • Maintain sales trackers, order status reports and publish daily, weekly, monthly sales reports vs. targets. Work on adhoc reports.
  • Work closely with merchandise teams, logistics teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure stock availability for customer orders.
  • Publish KPI’s on a regular basis and report to line manager - customer order fill rate, on time delivery rate.
  • Identify and resolve any urgent customer service queries. Address all customer queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist customers on invoices, delivery notes and credit notes.
  • Liaise and overlook the logistics team for shipments, transportation and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Maintain and update client database. Responsible for customer account creation in system.
  • Work closely with other departments such as IT, Accounting, to ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer issues
  • Assess any risks and mitigate them. Resolve issues or challenges.
  • Contribute to company objectives and engage in continuous improvement and come up with solutions to cater to customer needs.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in Fashion Retail

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:

  • Strong interpersonal skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS office.
  • Team player, good co-ordination and interfacing skills.
  • Strong commitment to deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
  • Problem solving skills.
