Job description

Looking for a person who is proactive, energetic & driven.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain detailed profiles of each client, including measurements, fabric preferences, fitting history, and style preferences.
  • Communicate with clients about appointments, fittings, and order updates.
  • Ensure a premium customer experience through personalized follow-ups and occasion-specific communication (e.g., birthdays, weddings).

Order Coordination:

  • Track and update the status of each order in the CRM system, from initial consultation to final delivery.
  • Coordinate with the master cutter, workshop team, and sales associates to ensure timelines are met.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential delays or issues in production or delivery.

Scheduling and Appointments:

  • Manage the calendar for fittings, consultations, and deliveries.
  • Set realistic expectations for clients about timelines based on the workflow.

Marketing and Upselling:

  • Use CRM data to segment clients for targeted marketing campaigns (e.g., offering exclusive fabric previews or discounts for loyal customers).
  • Suggest additional services or products, such as ties, accessories, or shirts, based on client profiles.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Generate reports on client preferences, order trends, and sales performance.
  • Provide insights to the management team to improve service and increase sales.

Team Coordination:

  • Act as the communication hub between the client, sales team, and workshop.
  • Ensure all team members have access to updated client and order information.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience:
  • Previous experience in luxury retail, bespoke tailoring, or CRM systems.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or Odoo).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Interpersonal Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Industry Knowledge:
  • Understanding of bespoke tailoring processes, fabrics, and client service expectations.
  • Languages:
  • Fluency in English is a must; additional languages are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
